70/386/EEC: Council Decision of 27 July 1970 on the conclusion of an Agreement between the European Economic Community and India and an Agreement between the European Economic Community and Pakistan on trade in handicraft products

Article 1

An additional Agreement with India and an additional Agreement with Pakistan on trade in handicraft products, in the form of Exchanges of Letters, the texts of which are annexed to this Decision, are concluded on behalf of the European Economic Community.

Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorized to designate the person empowered to sign the Agreements in question and to confer on him the powers required in order to bind the Community.
