Article 1

The apparatus described as "Tektronix - graphic terminal, model 4006-1", which is the subject of an application by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany of 17 July 1980, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
