Article 1
The Comptoir commercial d'importation intentionally supplied incorrect information in its reply dated 17 November 1978 to a request made by the Commission on 27 October 1978 pursuant to Article 11 (3) of Regulation No 17.

Article 2
By virtue of Article 15 of Regulation No 17 a fine of 5 000 units of account, that is FF 30 946;90 is imposed on the Comptoir commercial d'importation. This sum is to be paid to the SociΓ©tΓ© GΓ©nΓ©rale Paris, to the account of the Commission of the European Communities, account No 5 770 0065, within three months of the date of notification of this Decision to the Comptoir commercial d'importation.
Article 3
This Decision shall be enforceable in the manner provided for in Article 192 of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community.
