Article 47

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. However, Article 46 (2) shall take effect from 4 May 1978, and Article 27 from 27 July 1983. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
