Article 1

France may continue to apply Articles 4, 5 and 7 of its decree of 15 November 1994 on the distribution of intra-Community traffic within the airport system of Paris, on condition that, for the purpose of applying Article 5, the minimum aircraft size shall henceforth be determined by reference to the annual traffic between Orly and every other individual airport located within the EEA. France shall make the necessary amendments to Article 5 of the decree of 15 November 1994 no later than four weeks before the beginning of the summer scheduling season 1996.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the French Republic. It shall be communicated to the Council of the European Union, the Member States of the European Economic Area and the EFTA Surveillance Authority.
