Article 1

1. Ms Christiane HOFFRICHTER-DAUNICHT, born in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) on 9 May 1951, is hereby appointed chairman of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) for a period of five years. 2. Mr Tomás DE LAS HERAS LORENZO, born in Entrala (Spain) on 22 July 1951, and Ms Kathleen Francesca LEE, born in London (United Kingdom) on 10 October 1949, are hereby appointed members of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) for a period of five years.

Article 2

The date on which the five-year period referred to in Article 1(1) and (2) will commence shall be determined by the Administrative Board of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs).
