2001/589/EC: Council Decision of 18 June 2001 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Bulgaria concerning the participation of the Republic of Bulgaria in the European Environment Agency and the European environment information and observation network

Article 1

The Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Bulgaria concerning the participation of the Republic of Bulgaria in the European Environment Agency and the European environment information and observation network is approved on behalf of the Community.

The text of the Agreement is set out as an Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council is authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to deposit the notification provided for in Article 18 of the Agreement.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
