Article 23
Annexes I, II and III may be amended to apply CCAMLR conservation measures which become obligatory for the Community, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 25(3).

Article 24
The measures necessary for the implementation of Article 8(2)(d), Article 9, Article 10(3), Article 11 and Article 12(3) shall be adopted in accordance with the management procedure referred to in Article 25(2). The measures to be taken pursuant to Article 10(2), Article 12(2), Article 18(2), Article 19(2) and Article 23 shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 25(3).
Article 25
1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee set up under Article 17 of Regulation (EEC) No 3760/92(5). 2. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 4 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply. 3. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply. 4. The period referred to in Article 4(3) and Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.
Article 26
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 22 May 2001. For the Council The President M.
