Article 1
The aid measures designed to facilitate agricultural credit operations provided for by Article 4 of Law No 290 of 17 August 1999 are incompatible with the common market. The aid may accordingly not be implemented.

Article 2
Italy shall inform the Commission, within two months of notification of this Decision, of the measures taken to comply with it.
