Article 7
Fees for the notification for the fourth stage of the work programme 1. Any producer submitting a notification in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 shall at the time of the submission of its notification pay a fee of EUR 750 for each active substance to the body designated in Annex V. The fee shall be used to finance exclusively the costs actually incurred for the tasks referred to in Annex V. 2. Any producer submitting a notification in accordance with the provisions of Article 5(2)(a) shall at the time of the submission of its notification pay a fee of EUR 5000 for each active substance to the body designated in Annex V.
