Article 1

The aid which Germany has granted to Ambau Stahl- und Anlagenbau GmbH, amounting to EUR 1,28 million, is compatible with the common market pursuant to Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
