1. The programme for the eradication and monitoring of bluetongue presented by Spain is hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005. 2. The financial contribution by the Community shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs of serological and entomological testing and the costs of the traps to be incurred by Spain for the programme referred in paragraph 1, and shall not exceed EUR 25 000.
