Quality and exchange of information and data in the Community inventory system

1. Member States shall ensure the quality of activity data, emission factors and other parameters used for their national greenhouse gas inventory in accordance with the IPCC good practice guidance and the IPCC good practice guidance for LULUCF. 2. Member States shall submit their annual inventory in an electronic format to the Commission and send a copy to the European Environment Agency.
