In derogation from Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003, the Austrian provisions which prohibit the placing on the Austrian market of phosphorous mineral fertilisers (containing 5 % P 2 O 5 or more) with a cadmium content exceeding 75 mg/kg P 2 O 5 are approved. The derogation shall apply until harmonised measures on cadmium in fertilisers are applicable at Community level.
