Article 1
The βPolish Register of Shippingβ is recognised pursuant to Article 4(2) of Directive 94/57/EC for a period of three years as from the date of adoption of this Decision.

The effects of the recognition are limited to the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Lithuania, Malta, Poland and the Slovak Republic.
