1. The programme for the eradication of swine vesicular disease presented by Italy is hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2007. 2. The financial contribution by the Community shall be at the rate of 50 % of the cost of laboratory tests and shall not exceed 120 000 EUR.
