Adaptation

Article 21

1. Adaptations of the national programme shall only concern studies, experiments, demonstration projects as well as monitoring test phases in accordance with Articles 5(2), 6(2) and 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2152/2003. 2. Applications for the adaptation of the national programme shall be submitted to the Commission using the forms set out in Annex IV. 3. Applications for the adaptation of the national programmes for 2005-2006 shall be submitted to the Commission not later than 31 October 2005 to be taken into consideration for the following year.
