Transitional provisions

Article 20

When complying with the requirements of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 58/97, Member States shall transmit to the Commission (Eurostat) structural business statistics referring to the calendar year 2008 according to both NACE Rev. 1.1 and NACE Rev. 2. For each of the Annexes to Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 58/97, the list of characteristics and the required breakdowns to be transmitted according to NACE Rev.1.1 shall be decided in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 13 of that Regulation.

Entry into force

Article 21

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2008.
