Data transmission
When pursuant to Articles 15(1) and 18(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2847/93, Member States send data to the Commission relating to landings of quantities of stocks caught, they shall use the stock codes set out in Annex I to this Regulation.
Repeal
Regulation (EC) No 1116/2006 is hereby repealed. References made to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as being made to this Regulation.
Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2007. Where the TACs of the CCAMLR area are set for periods starting before 1 January 2007, Article 55 shall apply with effect from the beginning of the respective periods of application of the TACs.
