Article 1
Article 1(11) of Decision 1999/70/EC shall be replaced by the following:
‘11. KPMG Oy Ab is hereby approved as the external auditor of Suomen Pankki for the financial years 2008 to 2012.’

This Decision shall be notified to the ECB.
Article 3
This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
