Transitional measures
Article 30
Open ↗1. This Directive shall not apply to credit agreements existing on the date when the national implementing measures enter into force. 2. However, Member States shall ensure that Articles 11, 12, 13 and 17, the second sentence of Article 18(1), and Article 18(2) are applied also to open-end credit agreements existing on the date when the national implementing measures enter into force.

Open ↗This Directive shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
