Prohibitions and catch limitations

Article 41

1. Direct fishing of the species set out in Annex IX shall be prohibited in the zones and during the periods set out in that Annex. 2. For new and exploratory fisheries, the catch and by-catch limits set out in Annex X shall apply in the Subareas set out in that Annex.
