Checking obligation and rates

Article 7

1. The customs office of exit or the customs office to which the T5 control copy is sent shall check the integrity of seals. 2. The number of checks on seals shall not be less than 10 % of the total number of T5 control copies or equivalent documents other than those selected for a substitution check pursuant to Article 8.
