Article 1
Article 1(13) of Decision 1999/70/EC shall be replaced by the following:
‘13. Deloitte revizija d.o.o. is hereby approved as the external auditor of the Banka Slovenije for the financial years 2009 to 2011.’.

Article 2
This Decision shall be notified to the ECB.
Article 3
This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
