1. These Rules shall enter into force on the same day as the date of application of the Europol Decision. 2. Within three years following their entry into force, these Rules shall be evaluated by the Management Board. 3. Any proposal for amendments to these Rules shall be considered by the Management Board with a view to their adoption by the Council in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 38(3) and 38(7) of the Europol Decision.
