Prohibitions and catch limitations

Article 40

1. Direct fishing of the species set out in Annex X shall be prohibited in the zones and during the periods set out in that Annex. 2. For new and exploratory fisheries, the catch and by-catch limits set out in Annex XI shall apply in the Subareas set out in that Annex.
