Form for submission of information regarding sighted fishing vessels

Article 34

1. The form for submission of information regarding sighted fishing vessels referred to in Article 49(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008 is set out in Annex XA to this Regulation. 2. The instructions for filling in the form referred to in paragraph 1 are set out in Annex XB to this Regulation.
