Repeals

Article 18

Regulations (EEC) No 881/92 and (EEC) No 3118/93 and Directive 2006/94/EC are hereby repealed. References to the repealed Regulations and Directive shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex IV.

Entry into force

Article 19

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 4 December 2011, with the exception of Articles 8 and 9, which shall apply from 14 May 2010.
