Repeals

Article 30

Regulations (EEC) No 684/92 and (EC) No 12/98 are hereby repealed. References to the repealed Regulations shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex III.

Entry into force

Article 31

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 4 December 2011, with the exception of Article 29, which shall apply from 4 June 2010.
