Commission Regulation (EC) No 1179/2009 of 26 November 2009 amending or repealing certain regulations on the classification of goods in the Combined Nomenclature

Article 1

The Regulations listed in column 2 of the table set out in Annex I to this Regulation are amended as specified in that Annex.

Article 2

The Regulations listed in column 2 of the table set out in Annex II to this Regulation are amended as specified in that Annex.

Article 3

The Regulations listed in Annex III to this Regulation are repealed.

Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
