Implementing measures
The Commission shall take all necessary measures for the implementation of this Decision. It may, within the limits laid down by this Decision, establish a joint framework for communication of the information referred to in Article 7.
Entry into force
This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2011. It shall expire on 31 December 2027.
