Report
The Commission shall report to the European Parliament and to the Council by 19 December 2015 on the operation and the effects of this Regulation. The report shall be accompanied where necessary by legislative proposals implementing in further detail the provisions of this Regulation, or amending it.
Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004
In the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 the following point shall be added: ‘18. Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 concerning the rights of passengers when travelling by sea and inland waterway ( *1 ) . ( *1 ) OJ L 334, 17.12.2010, p. 1 .’ "
Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 18 December 2012.
