Open ↗The Declaration set out in the Annex to this Decision is hereby approved on behalf of the European Union.

Open ↗The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the Convention on behalf of the European Union subject to its conclusion and to make the Declaration set out in the Annex to this Decision.
Article 4
Open ↗This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
