Open ↗ANNEX Derogations from Regulation (EC) No 1338/2008, as implemented by the Commission, concerning statistics based on the European Health Interview Survey (EHIS) Belgium, France and the Netherlands shall not deliver the variables specified in the following table: Belgium — INTLANG (interview language); — PL4, PL5, PL7 of the set on physical and sensory functional limitations; — MH1a till MH1h on mental health; — AM3 and AM5 on ambulatory care; — PA4 on preventive activities; — UN1a till UN2d on unmet needs. France — AL1 till AL6 on alcohol consumption; — IC1 till IC3 on informal care. the Netherlands — PL5 and PL6 on physical and sensory functional limitations; — MH1a till MH1h on mental health; — PE1 till PE8 on physical activities; — AL1 and AL6 on alcohol consumption. Sweden and the United Kingdom: the reference population in Sweden and in the United Kingdom shall be individuals aged 16 and over living in private households residing in the territory of these Member States at the time of the data collection.
