Article 1

Article 1(9) of Decision 1999/70/EC is replaced by the following: "9. KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungs AG is hereby approved as the external auditors and PwC Wirtschaftsprüfung GmbH as the alternate external auditors of the Österreichische Nationalbank for the financial years 2013 to 2017.".

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its notification.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the ECB.
