Article 106–Article 109・4 provisions

Transposition

Article 106

1. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 6 February 2018. 2. When Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member States shall determine how such reference is to be made. 3. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of the provisions of national law which they adopt in the field covered by this Directive.

Repeal

Article 107

Directives 89/618/Euratom, 90/641/Euratom, 96/29/Euratom, 97/43/Euratom, and 2003/122/Euratom are repealed with effect from 6 February 2018. References to the repealed Directives shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex XIX.

Entry into force

Article 108

The Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

Addressees

Article 109

This Directive is addressed to the Member States.
