Entry into force

Article 17

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from the date of application of the Agreement as provided for in Article 330 thereof. A notice shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union specifying the date of application of the Agreement.
