Entry into force and application

Article 11

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2014. However: — points (15), (17) and (18) of Article 6 shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation; — point (20) of Article 6 shall apply from 22 December 2013; and — point (3) of Article 8 shall apply from the dates of application stated therein.
