The signing, on behalf of the Union, of the Arrangement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Norway on the modalities of its participation in the European Asylum Support Office is hereby authorised, subject to the conclusion of the said Arrangement. The text of the Arrangement is attached to this Decision.
The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the Arrangement on behalf of the Union.
Pending the completion of the procedures for its conclusion the Arrangement shall be applied on a provisional basis in accordance with Article 13(3) thereofΒ ( 2 ) .
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
