Article 1

The State aid measure which the United Kingdom is planning to implement for video games through an amendment of the Corporation Tax Act 2009 is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(d) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Implementation of the aid measure is accordingly authorised.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
