Repeals

Article 45

Regulations (EC) No 614/2009 and (EC) No 1216/2009 are repealed. References to the repealed Regulations shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex VI.

Entry into force

Article 46

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
