Confidentiality and professional secrecy
1. The proceedings of the Mediation Panel shall be confidential. However, the Governing Council may authorise the President of the ECB to make the outcome of such proceedings public. 2. Documents drawn up or held by the Mediation Panel shall be ECB documents and therefore shall be classified and handled in accordance with Article 23.3. of the Rules of Procedure of the European Central Bank.
Final provisions
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
