Standard for the transmission of data
Article 1
Member States shall provide data required by the Regulation (EU) No 549/2013 using SDMX data structure definitions.

Member States shall provide data and metadata in SDMX-ML format.
Entry into force
Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 September 2014.
