Annexes VI and VII to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1011/2014 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX Annexes VI and VII are amended as follows: (1) in Annex VI, Appendix 2 is amended as follows: (a) the heading of column (B) is replaced by the following: ‘Amount which has been covered by expenditure paid by beneficiaries or, where Member States have decided that the beneficiary is the body granting the aid pursuant to point (a) of Article 2(10) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, by the body receiving the aid, within three years of the payment of the advance’; (b) the heading of column (C) is replaced by the following: ‘Amount which has not been covered by expenditure paid by beneficiaries or, where Member States have decided that the beneficiary is the body granting the aid pursuant to point (a) of Article 2(10) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, by the body receiving the aid, and for which the three year period has not yet elapsed’; (2) in Annex VII, Appendix 7 is amended as follows: (a) the heading of column (B) is replaced by the following: ‘Amount which has been covered by expenditure paid by beneficiaries or, where Member States have decided that the beneficiary is the body granting the aid pursuant to point (a) of Article 2(10) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, by the body receiving the aid, within three years of the payment of the advance’; (b) the heading of column (C) is replaced by the following: ‘Amount which has not been covered by expenditure paid by beneficiaries or, where Member States have decided that the beneficiary is the body granting the aid pursuant to point (a) of Article 2(10) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, by the body receiving the aid, and for which the three year period has not yet elapsed’.
