Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2117 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.
Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
ANNEX Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2117 is amended as follows: (1) the title is replaced by the following: ‘ LIST OF INFORMATION OBJECTS ’; (2) row ‘UAS operator certificate’ is deleted; (3) in row ‘Operator declaration as provider of technical training STS’, the first column is replaced by the following: ‘Declaration as provider of training for UAS operators’; (4) in row ‘Exemption (cumulative) duration up to 8 months – notification’, the second column is replaced by the following: ‘B’; (5) in row ‘Permit to fly – approval of flight conditions’, the second column is replaced by the following: ‘C’; (6) in row ‘Permit to fly’, the second column is replaced by the following: ‘C’; (7) row ‘Operator confirmation of acceptability of the updated mitigation measures and compliance of local conditions in case of cross border operations’ is deleted; (8) row ‘Registration of UAS certified device’ is amended as follows: (a) the first column is replaced by the following; ‘Registration of certified UAS’; (b) the second column is replaced by the following: ‘B’; (9) a new row is inserted after row ‘Third country operator’s (TCO) authorisation’ as follows: (a) the first column is inserted as follows: ‘Operational authorisation for UAS operators’; (b) the second column is inserted as follows: ‘A’.
