1. The reference of harmonised standard EN 521:2006 ‘Specifications for dedicated liquefied petroleum gas appliances — Portable vapour pressure liquefied petroleum gas appliances’ shall not be withdrawn from the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. The publication of the reference number of EN 521:2006 in the Official Journal of the European Union shall be accompanied by a warning as set out in the Annex.
This Decision is addressed to the Member States.

Note 1: Generally the date of cessation of presumption of conformity will be the date of withdrawal (‘dow’), set by the European Standardisation Organisation, but attention of users of these standards is drawn to the fact that in certain exceptional cases this can be otherwise. Note 2.1: The new (or amended) standard has the same scope as the superseded standard. On the date stated, the superseded standard ceases to give presumption of conformity with the essential requirements of the directive. ( 3 ) Flat gas stoves consist of a burner assembly fitted on a horizontal body containing an integrated compartment for a gas cartridge beside the burner.
