Article 1

The signing of the Agreement between the European Union and the Federative Republic of Brazil on cooperation with and through the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol) and the Federal Police of Brazil is hereby authorised on behalf of the Union, subject to the conclusion of the said AgreementΒ  ( 2 ) .

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
