Article 1

In Article 15 of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 498/2012, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: β€˜2.Β Β Β The provisions of Article 13 and 14 shall not apply with respect to the first and second quota periods following the first three quota periods.’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
