Open ↗Foods containing the flavouring substance N-Ethyl (2E,6Z)-nonadienamide (FL No 16.094) which are lawfully placed on the market or labelled prior to 6 months after the date of entry into force of this Regulation but which do not comply with Part A of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 may be marketed until their date of minimum durability or use by date.

Open ↗This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
