This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX (1) The person listed below is deleted from the list set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 as of 6 June 2015: Entry No 8 — Viktor Viktorovych Yanukovych (Віктор Вікторович Янукович) (son of former President) (2) The entries for the following persons as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 are replaced by the following: 4. Olena Leonidivna Lukash (Олена Леонідівна Лукаш), Elena Leonidovna Lukash (Елена Леонидовна Лукаш) born on 12 November 1976 in Rîbnița (Moldova), former Minister of Justice Person subject to investigation by the Ukrainian authorities for involvement in the misappropriation of public funds. 6.3.2014 10.
